What are your working hours?
We take bookings 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, all 7 days. Calls and WhatsApp messages that come in after hours get answered the next morning.
How fast can a technician visit?
For calls before 4 PM, a same-day visit is common. If you call later than that, we usually fix a slot by noon the next day.

Do I need to take my TV anywhere?

Yes. A fixed visit charge covers the technician’s time and travel. We tell you the amount when you call, and it applies whether or not you decide to repair.
