Most repairs are done in the same visit. If we need to order a specific part, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Either way, we tell you the timing before we start.
Do you provide doorstep service?
Yes. A technician comes to your home with the tools and the parts we most often need, and handles the diagnosis and most repairs right there.

What are your service charges?
There is a fixed visit charge that covers the technician's time and travel to your home. It applies whether or not you go ahead with the repair, because the technician still comes out and diagnoses the fault. After the diagnosis you get the repair cost (parts and labour) in writing, with nothing added later that you did not agree to.
